Brownfields Redevelopment
EWI has completed numerous Brownfield revitalization projects under a variety of working relationships. Our experience includes hundreds of site restoration initiatives, in addition to government contract work under the EPA, States of Missouri and Kansas, and City of Springfield, Missouri Brownfields Programs. Specific contract experience and related EWI service lines include:
- City of Springfield, Missouri Brownfields Contract - includes a project portfolio of more than 50 Brownfields Assessment and Cleanup projects in 2008 and 2009 alone
- Missouri Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund Contract - administered by the Environmental Improvement and Energy Resources Authority (EIERA)
- Brownfields inventories, corridor studies, and Phase I/Phase II Environmental Site Assessments
- Quality Assurance Project Plans (QAPPs)
