We've helped our clients maneuver through the complete compliance process, from planning and permitting to implementation. EWI has also been called upon to provide expert testimony. The following are a few examples of EWI's compliance abilities and successes:
- Acted as the liaison for agency negotiations regarding stormwater permit revisions for various clients.
- Prepared Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans, and Facility Response Plans for numerous clients.
- Performed compliance inspections and reporting required under NPDES Permits, SPCC regulations, EPCRA, and RCRA. In addition, EWI can provide ISO 14001 compliance audits.
- Prepared permit applications under the Clean Water Act and Clean Air Act.
- Acted as a non-retained Expert Witness in a civil litigation suit being pursued against a client. EWI provided factual testimony on the broader implications of the environmental issues associated with the case. As the primary consultant on the project, EWI was able to provide key information that negated the plaintiff's argument.
