Environmental Management Program - U.S. and Canada
Project Description
In 2007, EWI implemented a nationwide environmental management program for a major outdoor retailer, who is a longstanding client partner.
The program provides a full range of environmental services to the outdoor retailer in both the U.S. and Canada. These include the following environmental compliance and auditing services:
- Environmental Compliance Consulting (RCRA, EPCRA, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Oil Pollution Control Act, HAZWOPER)
- Virtual Task Manager (VTM), a web-based software package developed by EWI which tracks the outdoor retailer’s environmental and maintenance tasks
- Waste management, waste minimization, and recycling
- Training (RCRA, Universal Waste, Special Waste, Biohazardous Waste, Lead Awareness, Storm Water Pollution Prevention, and Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures)
- Firing range cleaning and maintenance
- Due diligence for property acquisition
- Internal environmental compliance audits
