Virtual Task Manager

EWI can aid your company with the initial set-up of your tasks and goals.  VTM will then provide automated e-mail reminders to your assignees, prompting them to complete their assigned tasks. If the task remains incomplete after the initial reminders, VTM will elevate the notifications to the employee’s supervisor. This functionality allows the supervisor the freedom to manage these tasks by exception, rather than repeatedly following-up on each individual task with each employee (or vendor).

Additionally, VTM can be used for the storage of compliance documents, such as site-specific plans, permits, inspection checklists, training documents, etc. Many of EWI’s clients have found VTM to be incredibly useful in demonstrating due diligence during inspections by regulatory authorities.

Finally, EWI has the flexibility to customize VTM to suit the unique needs of your company, including the generation of helpful reports to allow your company’s management team to track company-wide deliverables.
