Asbestos-Containing Material (ACM) Surveys
- We’ll review your construction documents, conduct visual surveys of the structures to identify suspect ACMs, and sample and analyze them. Then, we’ll move forward with any abatement considerations.
- We conduct all ACM surveys in accordance with guidelines established by the EPA Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) Program – and, when applicable, the National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAPs).
Lead-Based Paint (LBP) Surveys
- We complete all LBP surveys using the guidelines established by the EPA, Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and applicable state and local authorities.
- LBP surveys are conducted using x-ray fluorescence (XRF) technology. If necessary, we’ll collect paint chips for analysis, then move forward with abatement considerations.
