At EWI, it’s not just the environment that we work to improve – our employees at offices located throughout the central states also serve the communities they work in through volunteer efforts, events, and various initiatives.
Sponsorships and Involvement in Community Events
From charity races to Earth Day events and blood drives, our employees love to get out and make a difference at annual events, including:
- Annual American Red Cross Blood Drive at corporate office
- Assistance with Missouri State University’s annual summer Field Geology class
- Sponsor of the annual Bass Pro Shops Conservation Marathon Relay, which raises money for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks and Ozarks Greenways
- Sponsor of the annual CCVI Trolley Run, which raises money for the Children’s Center for the Visually Impaired (CCVI)
- Annual participation in Lutheran Family & Children Services of Missouri’s Adopt a Family program
- Annual Springfield Earth Day sponsor and participant
- Annual participation in St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Parish’s Adopt a Family program
