Regardless of the industrial cleaning need, we have the high-pressure blasting equipment and the trained and HAZWOPER-certified technicians to help.
Our Blasting Capabilities
Hydroblasting (4, 7, 20 and 40K)
The use of high-pressure water (with or without the addition of other liquids or solid media) to remove unwanted materials from a variety of surfaces, this cleaning technique is cost-effective, efficient and eco-friendly. Hydroblasting work can be performed solo, and material can be removed without damaging the original surface. Water used in the cleaning can also be recaptured and reused.
Vapor (wet abrasive) blasting
Ideal for use on surfaces that require finer finishes, this technique combines a thin stream of water with fine media. Vapor blasting causes minimal surface deformities and produces minimal dust waste thanks to its gentle cleaning effect. By adding soap and using hot water, this technique is also able to degrease surfaces while cleaning them, making it ideal for oil and grease removal.
Dry sand blasting
Best for surfaces that require heavy-duty prepping, this method uses highly pressurized air to forcibly spray sand grains or other abrasive media against surfaces. Similar to using sandpaper, sandblasting creates a new profile for the surface, which can improve adhesion. This highly abrasive technique is fast, efficient, and ideal for smoothing a rough surface, roughening a smooth surface or removing surface contaminants.
Dry ice blasting
A method of cleaning wherein dry ice, the solid form of carbon dioxide, is concentrated in a pressurized air stream and directed at a surface in order to clean it. Dry ice blasting is nonabrasive, non-conductive, nonflammable and non-toxic. This technique is ideal for cleaning conductive materials and surfaces, such as electrical connections and copper wires.
