Client Manager

Mr. Busch has over 23 years in the facilities maintenance and environmental service industry. Mr. Busch’s primary responsibilities include management of the Field Services Department as well as subcontractors and the coordination of field services with client needs.  Mr. Busch has experience with the implementation, coordination, and completion of numerous environmental, construction, and remediation projects. In addition, Mr. Busch is responsible for emergency response management, coordination, and cleanup and regularly interacts with clients and local, state, and federal regulatory agencies.


Field Project Manager, responsible for submittal tracking, O&M manuals, as built drawings on a 2 year, 95 million dollar project. Managed Capital Improvement project, construction and equipment. Managed contractor during equipment replacement and corrective maintenance.

Operations Manager, for nationally known heavy industrial cleaning company with 2.5 million dollars in yearly revenue. Managed field department with all field equipment included. Provided day to day operational support to field staff on all projects from 40k hydro blasting to tank cleaning through out the US.

Facilities Supervisor-Environmental Engineering, managed the daily operations of an Industrial Waste Water Treatment Plant, Central Utility Plant with Boilers and Chillers and Air Compressors. Managed a team to collect, dispose and ship Hazardous Waste. Trained employees on company environmental, OSHA and RCRA policies.

Group Manager-Field Services, responsibilities include manages field operation  witch includes, UST tank removal, AST and UST tank cleanings, disposal of waste, analytical profiling of  waste for disposal, demolition and remodeling of building and offices. Additionally, manages vehicle fleet, equipment, and building maintenance.

Responsible for crew management and safety at a wide variety of jobs including tanker truck spills, underground storage tank removals, tank demolition, site remediation, and restoration.

Additional tasks include waste water treatment plant operation, hazardous waste consolidation and management, confined space entry, soil and groundwater sampling, compliance inspection, and heavy equipment operation.
