As a consultant he provides clients with up-to-date regulatory information and requirements to assist in successful compliance. In addition to assisting facility management with regulatory direction and education, he has performed all aspects of a successful environmental program for facilities by preparing regulatory submissions, conducting inspections, preparing mandated plans and acting on behalf of the facility while communicating with numerous local, state, and federal regulatory agencies. Mr. Bieker is responsible for the preparation of scope and the successful oversight of the technical aspects of these projects.
Manages and provides oversight for retail environmental operations. Mr. Bieker is responsible for the stormwater management and regulatory compliance of over 160 retail facilities which includes routine inspections of all stormwater assets such as detention basins, flumes, bioswales, wetland areas and underground detention. In addition to inspections, the project includes the maintenance of the stormwater systems and out-of-scope repairs associated with all stormwater assets, including lift stations, concrete repairs, and vegetation management. The project is strictly managed through an Environmental Management System that is updated daily and information is cataloged for regulatory documentation requirements.
