Duration

40-Hour HAZWOPER5 days
The 40 hour course is required for people that will regularly be working directly with hazardous materials or be responsible for the cleanup, storage and transportation of these materials.

RCRA- Large and Small quantity generators must provide this to the correct workers in their organization within 6 months of beginning their new roles. See 29 CFR 1910.120(e)
24-Hour HAZWOPER3 days
The 24 hour course if for people that may occasionally come in contact with hazardous materials, such as an area supervisor , land surveyor, groundwater sampler, or any other worker that will visit a site occasionally.

RCRA- Large and Small quantity generators must provide this to the correct workers in their organization within 6 months of beginning their new roles. See 29 CFR 1910.120(e)
8-Hour HAZWOPER1 day
This course is a yearly refresher course for those with 40 or 24 hour training.

Universal Waste Management Training2 hours
This class is highly recommended for all LQG, SQG, and conditionally exempt small quantity generators (CESQG). It is not required, however failure to understand and follow the regulations explained in this course can and often do lead to regulatory fines and actions. See 40 CFR 273
RCRA General Awareness Hazardous Waste Training2 hours
This class is highly recommended for all LQG’s, SQG’s and CESQG’s where personnel may need to know a general overview but are not required to have 40hr or 24hr HAZWOPER training. It is not required, however failure to understand and follow the regulations explained in this course can and often do lead to regulatory fines and actions. See 40 CFR 262

Annual Stormwater Training3 hours
This annual training is required for any organization that has either a general or site specific stormwater permit, and proof of this training is to be kept in your records. See EPA 833-B-09-002.
Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Training3 hours
This annual training is required for any organization that is required to have a Spill Plan by the EPA, and proof of this training is to be kept in your records. See 40 CFR 112.
