Course description:
This two-hour program covers the basics of different types of regulated wastes and proper handling. This is not intended to be a substitute for 40 or 24-hour HAZWOPER training, but is specifically designed to provide a general awareness of RCRA regulations, employee responsibilities, and waste recognition. The purpose of this training is to ensure that Hazardous Waste Personnel understand the importance of the regulations (40 CFR parts 260 thru 265) and how to comply with them.
